Lexus LF-LC Hybrid Concept Leaked

Approaching the 2012 Detroit Auto Show, Lexus is planning to bring its Lexus LF-LC hybrid concept. However, the Japanese car manufacturer has been trying to hide the detailed pictures of the car as tight as it can. All Lexus has been showing us are only the teaser images of the car. Yet, unfortunately for the company, but fortunately for us, though, more detailed pictures of the Lexus LF-LC hybrid concept has been leaked all over the World Wide Web thanks to a video from Road and Track.

The design of the car may look similar to the 2012 Lexus LFA but with an emblem saying 'hybrid' on the sides of the model. The design of this latest concept from Lexus also incorporates an aggressive grille featured for the first time by Lexus on its 2013 GS 350.

Yet, according to Mark Templin, the Vice President and General Manager Lexus Group, the LF-LC hybrid concept has been designed from the ground up and it integrates cutting-edge technologies with organic shapes. The purpose of this integration is to give the driver a united feeling with the car itself.

The Lexus LF-LC hybrid concept will be offered for sale with a hefty price tag of $375,000 and it will stand next to Mercedes-Benz SL Class and the BMW 6-series. However, the hybrid concept from Lexus may prove advantageous thanks to its hybrid technology.

Just for your information, this car has been designed in Calty studio owned by Lexus and is located in Newport Beach, California. Last but not least, good news to hear from Lexus is that the car manufacturer is going to fully unveil the car on January 9, 2012, at the Detroit Auto Show. So, stay tuned. :)
